Description: Implement login and logout pages, get and display current user
in header and add rights checks where necessary. Migrate existing guards from
the old UI to the new one. These include NfRegistryLoginAuthGuard,
NfRegistryResourcesAuthGuard, NfRegistryUsersAdministrationAuthGuard, and
NfRegistryWorkflowsAdministrationAuthGuard. (was: Implement login and logout
