# Summary [NIFI-15122](https://issues.apache.org/jira/browse/NIFI-15122) Refactors the framework File Authorizer implementations of the User Group Provider and Access Policy Provider to use DOM instead of JAXB for reading and writing XML configuration files `users.xml` and `authorizations.xml`.
