The NiFi NAR Maven Plugin should be upgraded to 2.2.0 in order to incorporate
the addition of Flow Registry Clients as a documented extension.
The upgrade surfaced an issue in the StandardRuntimeManifestBuilder that
expects a defined Extension Type from the enumeration of values when building
the Runtime Manifest. The Extension Type is null when the value is not one of
the enumerated values. Instead of throwing an exception, the Manifest Builder
should log and warning and proceed.
