The application property {{nifi.cluster.protocol.is.secure}} does not currently
control enabling TLS for cluster communication, instead the presence of
{{nifi.security.keystore}} and {{nifi.security.truststore}} properties enable
TLS. For this reason, the {{nifi.cluster.protocol.is.secure}} property can be
removed from current builds without changing existing behavior.
