Description: A new Controller Service implementation supporting integration
with Azure Data Lake Storage should be added to the Iceberg bundle of
components. Following the pattern of the AWS module, the new ADLS
implementation should have an independent NAR containing the minimum required
Azure Data Lake Storage libraries for Apache Iceberg integration. The FileIO
Provider implementation should include support for REST Catalog vended
credentials.
