The several AWS integration tests use Testcontainers with Localstack with the
{{latest}} tag, and one database integration test uses the {{latest}} tag for
Postgres. This can lead to unexpected changes in test behavior when a new image
version is released, or when test changes run against an image version that has
not been updated. For this reason, use of the {{latest}} tag should be changed
to a specific version.
