The WriteAheadFlowFileRepository logs informational messages at regular
intervals when starting and completing checkpoint operations. This creates a
large number of repetitive messages. The initiating checkpoint message does not
include any other identifying information, the the subsequent success messages
includes timing information. Reducing the log level to debug for the initiating
message avoids a notable amount of unnecessary logging in standard deployments.
