This was found testing 2.7.0 RC1.
At the top level/root PG, when some PGs have bulletins and a Remote PG is on
the graph,
right click (on empty canvas)-> Clear Bulletins
will not clear bulletins.
Popup at bottom of canvas will say:
Unable to find component with id <id of remote PG>
