The Netty HTTP and HTTP/2 libraries should be added to the
nifi-standard-shared-nar and marked as provided in the associated Bill of
Materials. Several extension modules depend on Netty, and providing the HTTP
libraries in the Shared NAR, along with existing Netty libraries, ensures a
common version across extension modules that depend on the Shared NAR.
