# Summary [NIFI-15304](https://issues.apache.org/jira/browse/NIFI-15304) Removes the `Socket Keep Alive` property from the `ListenSyslog` processor as the supporting Netty `NioServerSocketChannel` does not allow setting the `SO_KEEPALIVE` option. Removing this property eliminates the warning message from Netty `ServerBootstrap` that warns of the unsupported channel option, regardless of the property value.
