In [NIFI-14900|https://issues.apache.org/jira/browse/NIFI-14900] the
`{id}/state/clear-requests` endpoint has a new optional parameter: `Optional
component state to perform a selective key removal. If omitted, clears all
state.`
But if not set a NullPointerException is thrown during replication.
