Description:
Specific old unhelpful disabled tests to be removed are
* StandardProcessSessionIT test testManyFilesOpened (never run in an automated
way)
* TestStandardProcessScheduler test validateEnabledDisableMultiThread (other
tests have been added and this one is not helpful)
* TestScanContent test testBinaryScan (very old)
