Summary: Add clarification to "Initial Stream Position" and
"Stream Position Timestamp" properties in ConsumeKinesis

Some users were confused by the behavior of "Initial Stream Position" and
"Stream Position Timestamp" properties.
These properties are used only during the first run of the processor, when no
checkpoint information is available in DynamoDB. Once checkpoints are stored in
DynamoDB, these properties take no effect.
The description of these properties should mention this fact.
Also, it might make sense to rename `Stream Position Timestamp` to `Initial
Stream Position Timestamp` to underline this property is used during an initial
launch.
