Following the implementation of framework support for the Record Gauge method
in the Process Session interface, a new Processor should be added to the
standard bundle, supporting configurable Gauge Name and Gauge Value properties.
This Processor should follow the pattern of the UpdateCounter Processor,
supporting Expression Language for both properties, requiring input FlowFiles,
and supporting batch execution, with a single {{success}} relationship.
