If a Processor or a Controller Service is missing, it should make the Connector
invalid. This is already the case. But if the Connector's Initial Flow is
missing one of those, the Connector becomes ghosted. This means that we cannot
even obtain the Configuration Steps correctly. We need to make it invalid but
not ghosted.
