When we fetch a Connector, the `ConnectorEntity` does not include the
`ConnectorStatusDTO` in the same way that `ProcessorEntity` includes
`ProcessorStatusDTO` etc. We need to make sure that we include this and ensure
that we have entity mergers that properly merge the responses.
