   # Summary

NIFI-15756 - Expose property for Scope in Google Drive components

NIFI-15734 changed the Google Drive processors (ListGoogleDrive,
PutGoogleDrive, FetchGoogleDrive) from using Drive-specific OAuth2 scopes to
the broad cloud-platform scope to support Workload Identity Federation with
service account impersonation. However, the cloud-platform scope is too broad
for Google Workspace environments where domain-wide delegation is configured
with only Drive-specific scopes authorized, causing those flows to fail.

This change reverts the Google Drive processors to use Drive-specific scopes
by default while adding a new configurable Google Drive API Scope property that
allows users to switch to the cloud-platform scope when needed (e.g., Workload
Identity Federation with impersonation).
