The optional {{TinkepopClientService}} supports multiple Script Submission
Types, which should be covered under the Execute Code Required Permission. The
Restricted annotation is deprecated for removal according to NIP-24, but adding
the permission annotation aligns with behavior in other components, providing
consistency prior to removal.
