NIP-31 describes a new API for Processors and Connectors to denote that they
can report how much data is left on the source, waiting to be processed.
NIFI-16045 covers the API for this, while this Jira serves as the
implementation.
This covers the framework changes, the minimal UI changes, and a handful of
extensions for demonstration purposes. It does not intend to implement all
extensions where this should be added. That will come over time.
