Here is the reference in the Admin Guide:

To allow admins to configure the application to run only on specific network 
interfaces, nifi.web.http.network.interface* or 
nifi.web.http.network.interface* properties can be specified.

The second property should refer to HTTPS:  nifi.web.https.network.interface*
