URL: https://github.com/apache/nifi/pull/11431

   # Summary

   [NIFI-16115](https://issues.apache.org/jira/browse/NIFI-16115) Removes the
`ConsumeTwitter` Processor along with the `nifi-social-media-nar`, following
the Deprecation Notice for this Processor released in Apache NiFi 2.10.0.

   The
[twitter-api-sdk-java](https://github.com/xdevplatform/twitter-api-java-sdk)
has not received updates for four years, and usage of the REST API has changed
over time with different contractual levels.

Based on lack of maintenance for the supporting library and the change in
direction for consuming the REST API, the current `ConsumeTwitter` Processor
should be removed in a minor release version.
