Description: In NIFI-16111, unnecessary semicolons were removed from the
end of enum declarations and from the last statement in try with resources.
Checkstyle has rules {{UnnecessarySemicolonInEnumeration}} and
{{UnnecessarySemicolonInTryWithResources}} to ensure these semicolons are not
introduced. Although {{UnnecessarySemicolonInTryWithResources}} had already
been added to the code base, by default the rule does not enforce the use of
semicolon at the end of a multi-line try with resources. Hence it is necessary
to override this behavior to ensure semicolons are not used at the end of the
