Description:
While working NIFI-16111, it was discovered that the following enum and
interface

{{nifi-framework-bundle/nifi-framework/nifi-framework-core-api/src/main/java/org/apache/nifi/remote/RemoteAuthorizationState.java}}
# {{nifi-framework-api/src/main/java/org/apache/nifi/web/ViewableContent.java}}
are no longer used anywhere in the code base. The point of this ticket is to
remove them.
