The Parameter Context Resource supporting REST API operations contains several
methods for updating an existing Parameter Context. One method supports
updating Parameter Context values for stopped components, while the others
support submitting an update request and then completing the update request in
a subsequent operations. These multiple methods should share the same approach
for authorization to ensure consistent behavior.
