Description:
The copy and skip in org.apache.nifi.stream.io.StreamUtils can be replaced with
methods
There are a number of methods in org.apache.nifi.stream.io.StreamUtils which
have equivalents in java.io.Inputstream. Below are the equivalents
||StreamUtils||Inputstream||
|copy(final InputStream source, final OutputStream
destination)|transferTo(OutputStream out)|
|read(final InputStream source, final byte[] destination, final int byteCount)
fillBuffer(final InputStream source, final byte[]
destination)|readNBytes(byte[] b, int off, int len)
readNBytes(int len)|
|skip(final InputStream stream, final long bytesToSkip)|skipNBytes(long n)|
The point of this ticket is deprecate the aforementioned methods of StreamUtils
and replace them with the Java equivalents.
