I have had times where I have had a processor group that was under gitlab
version control. I modified the json file in gitlab and attempt to change
versions and it did not work. It then; caused me to only have the option to
stop version control and restart it. Doing this causes me issues as it should
just stay on the current version and say you have a new version to import even
if that new version can not be imported one way or another.
