Running Intellij
Analyze -> Run Inspection by Name -> addAll can be replaced with parametrized
constructor call
indicates there are almost 20 places in the code where the arguments for
addAll/putAll are not in the correct order.
The purpose of this ticket is to correct the arguments order.
