The Parameter Context update and validation-request methods accept identifiers
in both the URL path and the request body, but they do not consistently require
the identifier in the nested component to match the path. These methods should
align with existing Parameter Context update-request method and with other
component update methods so that the identifier in the request body must match
the identifier supplied in the URL before the request is processed.
