Hyeongrak JI created NIFI-16486:
-----------------------------------

Summary: Controller Service names are truncated without a tooltip
in the property combo editor
                 Key: NIFI-16486
                 URL: https://issues.apache.org/jira/browse/NIFI-16486
             Project: Apache NiFi
          Issue Type: Improvement
          Components: Core UI
    Affects Versions: 2.11.0
            Reporter: Hyeongrak JI

When a property has allowable values, the property table opens the combo
editor. Its width is the Value cell width plus 50px
({{PropertyTable.openEditor}}), and the select panel uses the same width, so
longer option names are cut off with an ellipsis. For Controller Service
properties the options have no description, because {{DtoFactory}} sets only
the display name and identifier for these allowable values. The combo editor
shows a tooltip only for options with a description, so there is no way to read
the full name in the dialog.

This is a problem when service names share a long prefix, for example
{{prod-orders-kafka-connection-service-primary}} and
{{prod-orders-kafka-connection-service-secondary}}. Both show as
{{prod-orders-kafka-connection-ser...}} and cannot be told apart.

Proposed change:
* Set {{title}} to the display name on options without a description, as
NIFI-13968 did for truncated attribute values.
* Give the combo editor a minimum width of 500px so typical names fit. A wider
Value cell keeps its current width.
