Unit tests for the {{StandardPrivateKeyReader}} started failing follow recent
updates to GitHub Runners for Java 25.0.5. The failures are limited in scope to
test classes and related to
[JDK-8343232|https://bugs.openjdk.org/browse/JDK-8343232] changes in Algorithm
Parameter parsing and serialization that tests relied on to construct temporary
Private Keys.

The test code should be adjusted to construct Private Keys in a way that works
for both Java 25.0.5 and earlier versions.
