Description:
Running Intellij
Analyze -> Run Inspection by Name -> Redundant 'throws' clause
Choose the 'Custom Scope' radio Button
Choose from drop down 'Project Production Files'
Indicates there are many places in the production code where there are
redundant throws clauses. There are more false positives but still there are
many legitimate ones too.
The purpose of this ticket is to remove those redundant throws clauses.
