The change adds: - Start, Stop, Enable, Disable, Run Once, and Terminate context-menu actions - An operation panel showing the current component or process-group context - Advanced processor UI routing with permission and runtime-state validation - Current-process-group operations when no component is selected - Eligible-subset behavior for Start and Stop - All-or-nothing eligibility for Enable and Disable - Active-thread safeguards for component modification - Accurate selection context when right-clicking an unselected component - Revision-aware state updates and error handling - Persisted operation-panel collapsed state Terminate remains available only from the context menu.
