Fix For: 1.2.0
In the last Apache release ATR was used, which ran an Apache RAT scan on the
files which resulted in several issues with missing or invalid Apache license
headers. These issues should be fixed and Apache RAT should be added in the CI
flow to avoid these issues in the future.
