There are still some thirdparty dependencies (header only or standalone
scripts) remaining in our project that should be removed and fetched using
cmake files (using FetchContent). These remaining dependencies are rapidjson
(https://github.com/tencent/rapidjson), concurrentqueue
([https://github.com/cameron314/concurrentqueue),] windows semaphore
([https://github.com/DanielTillett/Simple-Windows-Posix-Semaphore/),] and
cpplint ([https://github.com/cpplint/cpplint)] libraries.
