Removed RequiresInstanceClassLoading from PutHDFS now that the
AbstractHadoopProcessor uses the annotation
UGI relogins are now performed using doAs
Added debug-level logging for UGI relogins in KerberosTicketRenewer and
AbstractHadoopProcessor
