In a Processor's configuration dialog, users should be able to configure how
the Provenance Events are stored:
1. Stored and Index (made searchable) - this should be default and is how it
works today.
2. Stored Only - Events will not be indexed and cannot be searched but are
available to reporting tasks for exfiltration / processing
3. Not Stored - Events generated by this Processor will not be stored or
indexed. They are simply discarded.
