Another possible hashing algo is TLSH
Two implementations seem to exist
https://github.com/pombredanne/TLSH-2
which seems to be a fork from a now unavailable port made early 2016
And
https://github.com/idealista/tlsh
which seems to be an independent implementation also crafted early 2016
Both implementations are ASL 2
