@qfdk I updated the JIRA and emptied Fix Version for now.
Please let me request one more thing, is it possible for you to provide
test result with PostgreSQL (or whatever DBMS you're comfortable with) to
illustrate how much this enhancement can improve performance? It'd be really
helpful to shorten review cycle. Thanks!
