The timestamps shown throughout the UI that do not contain a date may get be
incorrectly converted when the replicated request is interpreted by the cluster
coordinator. Due to the lack of date, the date portion of the parsed timestamp
is 1/1/70. Reformatting the adjusted date may result in a time different than
was originally parsed if timezone rules have changed.
