Description:
1) Add unit tests to the flowfile packager library. Include better tests for
multiple flow files being packaged/unpackaged. Clean the code base up.
Convert to DataInput/DataOutput as possible.
2) Add a command line flow file packager that reads from standard input,
acquires flowfile attributes from command line paramaters, and writes a
flowfile package to standard outupt.
