Adding expression language support prevents the UI from creating the
dropdown box with "Block" and "Page" values. If expression language is used
for the value of the property in the config of the processor, validation fails.
Is it necessary to support EL? If so, perhaps remove the allowable values,
and use StandardValidators.NON_EMPTY_EL_VALIDATOR? Otherwise, EL should be
disabled.

> Add support for Azure Blob Storage and Table Storage

> It would be useful to have an Azure equivalent of the current S3 capability.
> Azure also provides a Table storage mechanism, providing simple key value
> storage. Since the Azure SDKs are Apache Licensed, this should be reasonably
> straightforward. A first cut is available as an addition to the existing
> azure bundle.
