AWS-JAVA-SDK version 1.10.32 is currently used on 0.x branch, which includes
JSON.org code. JSON.org code has Category X license concerns, so we cannot use
it anymore (see NIFI-2991).
Upgrade AWS-JAVA-SDK to at least version 1.11.
Update the nifi-aws-nar NOTICE file and nifi-assembly NOTICE file.
