After AWS Java SDK is upgraded to 1.11.*, it uses V4 Signer by default which
may not work with older S3 compatible services. This upgrade happened on the
0.x branch in NIFI-3702.
Port the patches from NIFI-2763 and NIFI-2902 over to the 0.x branch, which
resolves this problem.
