Incorporate amqp$___ parameters in the PublishAMQP processor as optional
configurable parameters.
Primary benefit: the alignment more tightly couples message parameters such as
deliveryMode with the appropriate processor, and makes better logical sense
than setting them in a preceding UpdateAttribute processor (the current
practice).
Secondary benefit: those users integrating PublishAMQP will be reminded
directly of the message broker parameters they need to consider.
