Provide a direct means to review StandardHttpContextMap usage and age or delete
http handle ids directly from it, freeing associated resources.
Problem: there are use cases that result in dead connection ids remaining on
the context map. Over time this will result in workflow failures as the context
maps fills to its limit. At present there is seemingly no way to monitor and
avoid full context maps. This ticket requests a means to do that.
(A previous related discussion thread may have resulted in a similar ticket,
but I was unable to find that associated with my userid here in ASF JIRA)
