It is not possible to create two templates with the same name through the UI.
Nor is it possible to upload a template by the same name as an existing
template in the UI. I believe this is correct behavior.
However, you can specify nifi.templates.directory, and place in this directory
a template with the same name as an existing template, and it will import
thereby creating two templates with the same name.
