Summary: LookupRecord doesn't have "@DynamicProperty" annotation

The LookupRecord uses Dynamic properties but does not set the DynamicProperty
annotation to add documentation to the usage. The description for the Property
descriptor is set but that only shows up when a dynamic property is added to a
processor on the graph and the user hovers over the "?".
