The processor/controller api does not provide capability to inspect nifi run
time like node status/role.
For example, in a custom controller service which cannot be configured to run
on primary node only, since there is no way to to inspect/reflection of current
running node. For processors, it can be configured to do so.
This can be provided through configuration context.
