    Ok so have looked through and I think the approach is fair game.  These 
types of processors which connect to an external service and then listen for 
data coming in require a bit more effort/thought than the typical 
processor/session lifecycle.  In this case the session factory is being passed 
to the consuming event handler and that is what creates an actual session as 
needed and then closes it.  This is probably a good way to go in this case.  I 
think we have done similar things in similar cases like ListenSMTP and such.
