Summary: LookupService should allow inserting fields at the root
level

As a user I want to enrich a document with fields from a LookupService and
insert the key/values at the root level. Currently the LookupRecord processor
requires a value for "Result RecordPath" in order to use it as an enrichment
processor (thus not allowing inserting at the root level).
There should be a way to choose to insert at the root level of the record
